RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or it is faulty. We allow up to 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Your item will require proof of purchase if the purchase was made online.

If a refund is required we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The credit should be received within 3-5 days.

If you do need to return an item to us, please return it to Midlands Embroidery Ltd, Unit 1, Oak Court, Crystal Drive, Smethwick, Birmingham, B66 1QG for an exchange or refund where possible.
